I called as someone from there called and said I needed to pay them. I called and the rep said no one called.
I asked about my account and found out I was in collections even though I paid.
I asked how and she said still pay us. It made no sense.

I have not received my refund for $134 and it's been over 30 days when they told me it would have hit my account last Monday and it have it
