Shoes has glue spot's showing as if they were made sloppily but they make my feel good. Shoes could be better made they should be seamless

Found out who order some in my name

I wanted to make arrangements to pay my old bill.

I couldnt get anyone to help me. Due to a long illness and various situations in my life I could not pay my bill. I want to correct this
