She was caring and understanding. Handled everything professionally. I was quite pleased with all she did to handle the situation.

After speaking with five persons and receiving three emails with return and supposed shipping labels, I was told customers must pay for return shipping. Secondly, The fourth person stated I have two accounts and refused to provide any information regarding the second account. The supervisor stated there is only one account.

I will never order from Midnight Velvet again.

Doesn't matter the reason for the exchange: return, shipping is your problem. I spoke with a supervisor and she refused to provide a return shipping label even though the size chart was not accurate.

My blouse was $60 + tax and I have to pay an additional $18 to ship it back! Ridiculous!

Should've read the reviews prior to purchase as they have a poor rating and many complaints. If you order something, it's your problem if you're not satisfied.

I was sent a return label by email to be printed. This was suppose to be a one time courtesy from Midnight velvet.

I took the package to FedEx and the QR code was unable to be retrieved. Therefore I had to pay $17.00 to send it back. Originally the return label was supposed to be sent via postal service, I never got the label by mail.

In my waiting, the payment became due. I did not appreciate all the delays and the mistrust I incurred while I was promised a one time courtesy for the label.

My account suddenly went to 0 available credit and 0 credit limit but yet it still has a balance owed without consulting me of any changes. I have been calling for weeks to return items jewery and they give you the run around the return slip in the package not a working return address no longer when called midnight velvet they told me I can expect a return address slip in my email www.lovemy78@***.com its been 3 weeks nothing sent checked spam nothing and they don't get back to you I want to clear up this matter and close my account with this company.

Have a live operator to answer the phone when someone calls with a question instead of an answering service that can answer only so much.
