I got charged for my packages that I did not receive. they were sent to the wrong address. FedEx Said midnight velvet has to file the claim.

Damaged merchandise sent to me

Your company sent me a letter, stating Mr. Petta is threatening to turn my account to a collection agency.

As of today, November 11,2023 your company has already turned the account over to a collection agency. Which means I will never pay. No, no, no. Your products are unqualified, poor garbage.

And I am 74 years old, I don't care about bad credit.

I will probably be deceased in a little while anyway Don't buy from this company. Don't even consider purchasing nothing

Account information. Being charge for product that been returned

I ordered a pair of boots. They were too tight.

I asked for a bigger size and was told they didn't come in a larger size. I was told to return them and everything would be fine.

NO CHARGE. I got a bill today saying I owed $40 for return shipping, interest and other misc.

Received faulty chairs that were suppose to be new and sat in chairs and it dropped me on the floor causing harm

I asked to exchange for new chairs. The first agent said they would exchange and someone would call me who never did.

The 2nd and 3rd agents were very rude and talked all over me. They said someone would call me too, but no one did call.

I am so very dissappointed in my first encounter with Midnight Velvet. You dont treat your customers well.
