I emailed them 2 times about a skirt that is so long I can pull it up to my chest with high heels on before it fits right. I 'm 5'5 and they wont even wright back. So I'm stuck with an $80.00 skirt that I cant wear. Its the blue jean Crystal Trimmed one. Every bridal shop I went to said nothing can be done to alter it. You would think they could give a in store credit, to keep anew customer happy, instead they chose to blow me off. No more shopping in there catalog.
